Rice syrup solids are higher-DE spray-dried products widely used in sports nutrition, infant formula, meal replacements, and dry blends. Moisture ≤ 4%, free-flowing off-white powder. Available in DE 20–42 from organic and conventional rice. A clean-label alternative to corn syrup solids.

Rice-derived, non-GMO, allergen-free. Meets consumer demand for recognisable ingredients on the label without compromising binding or sweetness functionality.
Binding & moderate sweetness
Higher DE (24–42) gives good binding in compressed tablets, energy bars, and granola. DE 20 provides a milder sweetness profile for savoury dry blends.
