Enzymatic processing
Rice starch is liquefied and saccharified using pharmaceutical-grade enzyme systems, giving precise control over dextrose equivalent and carbohydrate profile across every batch.
Catalytic hydrogenation
Sorbitol and maltitol are produced via high-pressure catalytic hydrogenation of glucose and maltose syrups under strictly controlled conditions, meeting BP, EP, and USP purity standards.
Spray drying & packaging
In-house spray-drying converts syrups to powders with consistent moisture, bulk density, and particle size distribution. Products are filled into 25 kg bags or IBC totes and sealed in a controlled environment.
