Our rice syrups are produced by enzymatic hydrolysis of rice starch and available in multiple dextrose equivalent grades — from DE 28 to DE 68. Non-GMO, allergen-free, and available with Halal and Kosher certification. Suitable for beverages, confectionery, cereals, and infant nutrition.
Digestive-friendly
Gentle on the digestive system with gradual sugar release. No artificial additives or preservatives. Suitable for clean-label and sensitive-consumer formulations.
Gluten-free & non-GMO
Produced from rice starch — naturally gluten-free, non-GMO, and allergen-free. Available with Halal and Kosher certification on both organic and conventional lines.
Multiple DE grades
Available from DE 28 (CBRS) to DE 68 (CRS), covering the full range from low-sweet thickeners to high-maltose profiles. Brix 75–82°. Brown and clarified variants.
Where it's used
Adds moisture retention and browning control in cookies, energy bars, and confectionery. Replaces high-fructose corn syrup on the label.
Dissolves readily in cold and hot liquids. Used in smoothies, sports drinks, and functional beverages as a clean-label sweetener.
Provides body and mild sweetness in savoury sauces, salad dressings, marinades, and condiments.
