Rice protein concentrate produced by enzymatic separation from rice starch. Available in food grades (75%, 80%) and feed grades (50%, 65%), organic and conventional. Free from the top 9 allergens, non-GMO, with a good essential amino acid profile for plant-based and hypoallergenic formulations.
Allergen-free
Free from the top 9 allergens (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, sesame). Suitable for hypoallergenic product development and sensitive consumer markets.
Plant-based
Non-GMO, vegan-friendly protein with a clean amino acid profile. Blends well with pea protein to improve the combined amino acid score and reduce beany flavour.
Multiple grades
Food grades: BRP 80 and RP 75/80 Food. Feed grades: RP 50 and RP 65. Organic and conventional available for all grades. Moisture ≤ 8%.
Where it's used
Blended with pea protein in meat alternatives, protein powders, and recovery drinks. Hypoallergenic alternative for sensitive athletes.
Clean protein source for toddler formula and children's cereals. No allergens, mild flavour, certified non-GMO.
50% and 65% feed grades used as a clean protein source in premium dry and wet pet food formulations.
