Maltodextrin
Rice-based powder for texture, bulking, and dispersion
Spray-dried from our own rice syrup production, maltodextrin is a clean, neutral-flavour carrier used across bakery, dairy, beverages, and pharmaceuticals. Available in DE 5–7, 10, 14, and 18 grades from rice starch. Produced with rigorous moisture control (≤ 5%) for consistent powder flow and cold-water solubility.
Rapid cold-water solubility
Dissolves completely in cold water without clumping. Free-flowing white powder, moisture ≤ 5%. Suitable for instant products, spray-blended mixes, and encapsulated flavours.
Neutral carrier
Zero flavour contribution. Ideal as a flavour carrier in encapsulation, a bulking agent in low-calorie formulations, and a diluent in pharmaceutical dry blends and tablet manufacture.
Multiple DE grades
DE 5–7, 10, 14, and 18 from rice starch. Organic and conventional variants. Lower DE gives higher viscosity and less sweetness; higher DE gives better solubility and more sweetness.
Where it's used
Improves dough handling, moisture retention, and crumb texture in bread, cookies, and gluten-free baked goods.
Soluble carbohydrate carrier and texture modifier in instant beverages, protein shakes, and dairy desserts.
Excipient and diluent in tablet manufacturing and dry powder inhalers. Neutral taste and consistent flow properties.
