Hi-Maltose Rice Syrup

Brown rice-derived syrup with high maltose content

A clear, colourless liquid sweetener derived from brown rice with a mild, slightly sweet flavour. High maltose content provides excellent heat stability and low hygroscopicity — the preferred choice in confectionery and bakery applications that require colour stability during processing.

Why choose it

Heat-stable

Maintains sweetness and viscosity at elevated processing temperatures. Does not caramelise at standard bakery temperatures, preserving finished product colour and clarity.

Low glycaemic index

Maltose is digested more slowly than glucose, providing sustained energy release suitable for sports nutrition and diabetic-friendly product development.

Clean flavour

Neutral, mild sweetness with no off-notes. Ideal for applications where the sweetener must not contribute a flavour of its own.
